Healthy hair is not only a pleasure to behold; it is pleasing to the person who has it. A proper supply of vitamins and minerals to the body help create beautiful hair. A healthy scalp ensures healthy hair. Any nutritional deficiencies can lead to weak and thin hair, hair loss or even baldness.
